Beam Creative Network have opportunities for freelance facilitators within the arts.

Beam Creative Network is committed to delivering high quality arts programmes and is seeking arts practitioners to assist with the delivery of our work across Northern Ireland.

Beam Creative Network invites experienced, enthusiastic and creative people with excellent interpersonal skills.

Due to increased workload Beam Creative Network is actively looking for those who specialise in:

Essential Criteria

Elibigle applicatants must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of designing, implementing and delivering creative workshops (in any of the arts disciplines we cover) to a range of age groups and abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
  • Experience achieving desired outcomes and delivering targets
  • Ability to structure and design session plans
  • Ability to demonstrate quality, attention to detail
  • Full clean driving licence or access to transport to travel to required locations across Northern Ireland
Desirable Skills and AtTributes
  • Knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding regulations and procedures.
  • Experience of monitoring and evaluating projects.
Terms and Conditions
  • Successful applicants will adhere to our core mission, objectives and values whilst delivering sessions.
  • Being placed on our arts facilitators’ database does not guarantee any work. Facilitators on our database will be engaged on an ad hoc basis as and when required. They will remain on the database until they advise otherwise.
  • Successful applicants are responsible for obtaining their Enhanced Access NI check.
Assessment Process
  • Assessment of applications will be based on the essential and/or desirable criteria.
  • Shortlisted arts practitioners will be invited to attend an assessment and those who are successful will be placed on the BEAM database on receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced Access NI check.

  • CV of no more than two A4 pages on your arts specialism (demonstrable evidence on how you meet the essential and desirable criteria).
